However, passengers departing from the E-Gates should allow sufficient time to reach their departure gate. Children under 3 years old are admitted free with an adult.
NOTE: Avia Lounge will be closed for renovation from 23rd October 2017 to 20th November 2017. Passengers should book access to the I Mosaici Lounge during this time.
Nice lounge with comfortable seating and good amenities. Nothing fancy, but definitely serves its purpose in providing a clean, quiet place to relax in before your flight.
Small-ish lounge with two self-service food and beverage areas. Assorted pastries and cereals. No hot food in the morning.
Small but adequate. Hot food served during the day and wifi is quick.
The 1 working espresso machine was difficult to operate and regularly malfunctioned. Understaffed. Cramped. I can't imagine paying for this and thinking it was worth it.
Small though very good lounge. Many hot dishes, good choice of wines and spirits.
Priority Pass not accepted in this lounge.
Simple third party lounge with stylish decor but limited food and drinks.
Basic lounge with ok WiFi and food.
This is a multipurpose/airline lounge that mirrors the departure area of FCO: old decor, dirty, and unkempt.
Tiny lounge which gets rather cramped in the afternoon. Basic drinks etc. available.
Acceptable. Much much better than the alternative (Mosaici) for Star Golds.
Basic lounge- not much to offer.
Lounge OK for a quick visit. Wifi is OK, but needs improvement in its facilities. Beverages do not include Premium brands. They do not accept credit cards.
First, it was difficult to find. Second, it was closed at least around 7pm when I got there. Lifts were off and elevator did not move. Info desk said it was behind the bag shop on the right.
"Ehh..." That's the nicest that can be said. Probably better off strolling around the different shops at the airport.
Not bad. Lots of tasty food options when I was there.
Small, limited food selection, but quiet and not too busy.
Small, busy... disappointing. Seats outside look comfortable.
Decent lounge, usually bit crowded. Food choices and drinks improved recently. Good place to relax before departure.
Horrível! Desde o atendimento, o conforto e o pior foi sair do banheiro e a faxineira estar lavando a vassoura na pia! Completamente desnecessário e uma verdadeira vergonha! Comida básica..
Good enough lounge. Food is basic Italian, good drinks selection and fast wifi. Large comfortable room but feels dark and dingy.
Only slightly better than a food court, price considered, you would be better off at a restaurant.
Food is quite poor. Interior not very modern. Uncomfortable (p)leather seating and very high temp. (As with the rest of FCO). Would go again, but only for drinking and a more quiet space.
Crowded, hot temperature environment, bathroom with only one toilet and no showers (the other toilet was broken), very crap food, food plates all over the place. Definitely a waste of time.
Small, quiet when I was in - 1330, Sun. Dirty, old, not maintained. Toilets are not recommended. A couple of small snacks and drinks - that's it.
Schengen Area, after Passport Control, turn right and follow signs to D-Gates, take the escalator between C and D-Gates to the 2nd Floor, entrance is located near Gate D3.
