Take a breather from the City That Never Sleeps in this blissful, tranquil haven. The outstanding staff welcomes you to enjoy scrumptious light snacks and sandwiches before your flight. Take a cool, refreshing shower and delight in tasty cocktails at the well stocked bar. Relaxation, comfort, and tranquility await all guests before departure.
NOTE: Children under 12 years old are admitted free with an adult.
This is a nice oasis where you can escape from the busy, chaotic airport.
The food/drink options are quite substantial, including hot soup and mid-shelf liquor. Note that most substantial food options close at 9pm though. Other bonuses include amenities like free printing.
New and modern lounge in the beautiful Terminal 3. Limited snacks and sandwiches available. Full bar. No hot food options. Busy during the evening flights to London in my experience.
Though the food selection is lacking, the service is good. I was one of the few people there, and the attentive staff attended to my every need.
Though this lounge is certainly not a Virgin Clubhouse, it is much better than the usual Admirals Clubs and United Clubs.
Food adequate; just nothing sweet. Lots of seating areas. Staff very helpful.
Much better than the typical U.S. lounge. Decent selection of snacks and drinks. Plenty of space to work or relax, and there's even a shower facility!
Nice low key club. I've only been here when it's empty; it's not huge and I could believe a couple of international flights could fill it
Quite a small lounge and gets very busy in the evening. Basic selection of food and drink inc beers and wines. Nice to have a shower pre-flight but I wouldn't pay to enter the lounge.
Nice staff but just nothing worthwhile here other than the bar. No food, bad coffee... You're better off walking to the Centurion Lounge.
I think this lounge is better than Centurion foods wise (albeit, I am vegan- better choices here). Very friendly staff, a well stocked bar, and ample seating even during the international rush.
Nice little lounge. Worth while if you have a few hours to kill. Decent food, nice light lunch was also served.
Polite staff, reasonable food (for a lounge in the US). Comfortable.
There are a tons of hidden plugs sprinkled throughout the lounge. Like others have said, the food and snack selection is okay, but the coffee machine is fantastic!
Great lounge, not as good as the American Express one in T1, but in terminal 3, I think it's the best.
No "real" food options. Just snacks. I'd happily pay extra for hot food options. Wifi is just the same wifi available throughout the airport. It's very slow.
Great little lounge with more European feel than a typical American lounge. Good selection of food, not very crowded. I had trouble paying through lounge buddy, so the attendant told me to use my AAA.
Nice lounge, no windows. Snack food is good. TVs and a flight departure board. The restrooms could use a facelift. Was pretty crowded at 4pm.
Quiet lounge with no windows. Standard snacks but quiet with good seating options. Shower stall is a nice touch.
Nice lounge. Crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of snack food options & free drinks (beer, wine, mixed). Small, but clean restroom.
Nice, clean lounge. Separate eating and lounging areas. Food offerings were good. Hot soup, crudités, sandwiches, snack foods like popcorn, cookies, chips, coffee, tea and open bar.
Decent beer selection, showers (not shower suites), mediocre food options at 10pm, unique popcorn and Jelly Belly bar.
Early morning visit, no breakfast. Good bar selection and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.
Long line to get in. Most food options were empty or low. They weren't keeping it stocked efficiently. Lots of seating area space. Bartender was nice.
Easy check in, food was okay. Selection a bit limiting, but enjoyed cheese blocks, tea and sandwiches. Nice that chips and cookies were available. A little loud with some families. Will try again.
Great lounge, food selection was limited at 10:50am, no towels for the men's shower. Otherwise great!
Refuse SkyTeam customers. Not very friendly.
Does not take American Express.
Very nice simple lounge. A lot nicer than most basic ones. Plenty of basic breakfast foods and a nice coffee machine. Some assorted popcorn and snacks. You can take showers here as well. Very nice!
A little harsh light, food is not bad but not really good either. Personnel is friendly. Can be quite noisy. Coffee could be a lot better.
Large lounge with okay food selection. Be aware that the companion lounge near the D gates is minuscule and doesn’t serve any food.
Go with the right expectations and this lounge is a good experience. It’s small & rather basic, but for a place to sit for 30 min while sipping a beer and reading email before a flight... it delivers.
Quiet lounge, decent bar, simple food and snacks.
Across from Gate E2.
