    Worth a DetourNice lounge and definitely better than the ordinary Galleries for Club and OW Sapphire with superior Champagne and food. When flying First, you have access to the Concorde Room, so better going there.

    OutstandingIt's been empty the few times I've been through as a OW Emerald. Good food, healthy options, self serve bar. Interesting specials on the terrace featuring random spirits.

    SatisfactoryLounge temperature very high, food quality very poor (reminds me of being in a school canteen), furniture worn out, bathrooms are grotty and showers old and dirty too. The wait staff not trained.

    SatisfactoryAll toilets in use. Toilets were of average quality. Same quality as the Business lounge (nothing special about this ‘First’ lounge). Definitely not up to standard as other First lounges around world.
