Worth a DetourDecent showers, good breakfast, ample seating (at 6:00 am). But was it worth £40? I’m not too sure.
AnonymousOctober 2018
OutstandingIt’s a good lounge. There are different arrangement for sitting to satisfy everyone. You may struggle to get in at peak times. The food is vegetarian and child friendly, the bar is well stocked up.
Philippe August 2018
Worth a DetourOne meal choice out of 5-6 items. Really a snack. Small salad bar just ok. Seating is comfortable and lots of options. Place was clean. Slow line to get in - one checkin person. Not worth £30-40.
AnonymousJune 2018
OutstandingOne meal choice per pax, order at bartender, there’s a small salad buffet. Drink of your choice except champagne chargeable. Spacious lounge and many “rooms” and different sitting to choose from. 5🌟
JamesJune 2018
SatisfactoryVery crowded at 9:30am. Understaffed to the point that the queue to get stretched outside the doors and into the hall. Wait for hot food was long too. To be fair, food and drink were good.
WilsonMay 2018
Worth a DetourEarly morning flight 8am on Sunday. Relatively busy in lounge. I don’t know when they changed, but now you can only order one hot food item off the menu as opposed to a buffet...
AnonymousDecember 2017
Worth a DetourHas a variety of services not usually available - library, cinema. Not a big fan of having to order hot food off a menu with a bartender and wait a while. I prefer a buffet to grab my food and relax.
David ShellyNovember 2017
OutstandingMuch better than I expected. Small but nice selection of hot and cold foods, lots of seating options and areas to work or relax.
AndrewNovember 2017
Worth a DetourGreat little lounge if you don’t have status or C/F class tickets. Small food selection, choice of 5 items, limit 1 order/visitor. Decent bar. Wouldn’t pay £40 but it was free with Priority Pass.
ThiloNovember 2017
Worth a DetourLimited hot food selection, cold entrees were good. Not busy late morning.
AnonymousOctober 2017
Needs ImprovementNOT worth booking at all! Do not waste your money going here!! You are only allowed one small meal only. VERY crowded but pleasant staff on reception. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Jason October 2017
Needs ImprovementReally not worth the money. Poor selection of food. Cinema room is nice but freezing cold & staff are not able to adjust the temperature. Limited waiting service so you have to order at the bar.
RachelSeptember 2017
SatisfactoryLounge was comfortable and staff friendly. We stopped off before an early flight, plenty of fruit and cereal but hot food limited - and restricted to one item per person, unless you pay extra.
ChrisSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourOverall a good lounge. Although was busy! I found it didn’t have any good quiet spots as the library was being hogged by a large family. The food and drink selection was good. Bathrooms were clean.
LiamSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourNice lounge but with several cut offs in the last months. Less food available, and showers no longer free (10£ cost).
SepAugust 2017
Worth a DetourHard to say which one of the Priority Pass lounges is better. This lounge has order in service and a cinema quiet room which was a great touch. Both lounges are definitely worth the detour.
MichaelJune 2017
Worth a DetourNice lounge, shower included. Complimentary buffet and some meals made to order, tasty. Spa services have fair rates. A little crowded but is fine. They have both British and European electric outlets!
AnonymousApril 2017
OutstandingGreat selection of included made to order hot entrees, as well as cold food bar. All alcohol is complimentary except Champagne. Two local draft beers, plus another 5-6 bottled, including one cider.
TylerApril 2017
Needs ImprovementHot, noisy and overcrowded. All the quiet areas blocked off. Staff were friendly but it was not a relaxing experience.
AnonymousApril 2017
Worth a DetourNice lounge. Everything is complimentary but champagne. Hot food to order was decent. Beautiful private rooms and theater. On demand spa services. Glad I took the pit stop.
BellaMarch 2017
Worth a DetourHot food to order. Decent cold food options. Nice bar. Cozy space with a theatre and spa.
JohnFebruary 2017
OutstandingOne of the best lounges I've stayed in, excellent hot food and snack (and drink) selection. Fantastic showers and comfy seats. Good magazine selection too. Highly recommended.
James GriffithsDecember 2016
OutstandingA nice and quiet hideaway from the busy terminal. Great selection of food, from the buffet or made to order (free of charge). Wifi is reliable too which is perfect for work.
GeorgeDecember 2016
Worth a DetourThe nicest staff & quiet in T3.
VanessaDecember 2016
OutstandingBeautiful lounge, much more civilized than the Admirals Club. Outstanding Indian food buffet spread at lunch time.
AnonymousNovember 2016
Worth a DetourWas here over breakfast. Very busy but nice lounge. Tried the massage but had to leave early due to flight. Poor timing on my part.
Kira CampbellNovember 2016
OutstandingPhenomenal staff, ambiance, spa and accommodations - this will be my go to destination whenever traveling through T3.
AnonymousOctober 2016
Needs ImprovementVery bad place! Impolite people in the receptionary didn't allow me to go in with the excuse they were "full" and not taking people with credit card access, while a lot of other would go in. Never return.
AnonymousOctober 2016
SatisfactoryPlenty of charging stations. People tend to take a complete couch to themselves, or two with families. Food is okay, beer and wine, coffee and juice. A bit pricey in the end for 3 hours.
AnonymousOctober 2016
Needs ImprovementUsed lounge multiple times with Diners card. After discussion with a senior staff member, turned away as they were "full" although still accepting other people in the queue. Policy not advertised.
YuanSeptember 2016
OutstandingReally enjoyed the ambiance, decoration, comfort, the fact that it has spa and private rooms. Food is okay. Such a treat for a nice layover time.
Jorge PadillaJune 2016
Needs ImprovementI was hoping to find some peace and comfort in No1 Lounge, because Terminal 3 is always crowded, but the lounge was incredibly crowded as well. The lounge is too small for such a busy terminal.
BLMay 2016
SatisfactoryDrink is fine. Seats are comfortable. Not much selection for food.
TaoMay 2016
OutstandingVery impressed by the lounge. Premium food selection is very good and breakfast had a good selection of pastries, tea and coffee, fruit and drinks.
PavlosMay 2016
OutstandingNice lounge. Food could be more filling but great overall setup 4/4.
ZackApril 2016
Worth a DetourNice place to relax and enjoy a drink or two, very stylish with comfortable chairs. A bit on the small side however, and may get very crowded.
TeresaMarch 2016
OutstandingAll spirits, beers and wines were free, good quality food. Slightly busy, but plenty of space to spread out.
JonathanFebruary 2016
Worth a DetourGreat little place to escape the masses, very peaceful and good facilities. Worth the money if you're here for a few hours and in a drinking mood.
MatthewFebruary 2016
Worth a DetourLimited selection of food, but very nice food indeed. Have a lot of options to relax - go to the snug in the bag if you want to lie down. Beverages has a wide variety.
Benjamin February 2016
Worth a DetourNice area away from the bustle of T3. Good service & staff. Buffet food is still not covered by sneeze guards & with sneezing around I did not again partake, but a good menu of delivered dishes.
PeteJanuary 2016
Worth a DetourReasonable selection of food, including 1 hot snack included in entry. Service was good at the bar and the seating etc was very comfortable. Slightly busy, but great experience overall.
SteveDecember 2015
OutstandingWould be nice without kids running around.
JaeminNovember 2015
OutstandingVery good service and interiors. Steep price tag, but worth it when they have enough capacity to let Priority Pass in. Nice food too.
AengusNovember 2015
OutstandingBest food, full bar and game room.
mike CostelloNovember 2015
Worth a DetourA very nice experience. Staff all very friendly and attentive. A little noisy depending on who else is there. Showers excellent. Only £30 when you pay online and £23.50 if with Virgin Flying Club.
JROctober 2015
Worth a DetourLovely calm lounge with good snacks and drinks. Staff very friendly. Too many of the additional rooms, three in all including the library were reserved with no one in them.
VinceAugust 2015
Worth a DetourExcellent setup with good food and drink options. Only downside is that it can be very busy at peak times, with all the comfy sofas and chairs filled up.

TomMay 2015
OutstandingEasily one of the best Priority Pass offerings. Nice food and drinks with comfortable seating.
Steve PaiceApril 2015
Worth a DetourFlying economy so decided to cash in a Virgin frequent flyer perk for cheap entry to this lounge. Still a comfortable and quiet escape from the main airport, but service is somewhat lacking today.
DominicJanuary 2015
OutstandingThis lounge was pretty fracking great. Roomy, good food, excellent spa (killer massage), nice view, zippy Internet, nice staff. Best lounge of all the Priority Pass lounges I've been to.
AnonymousDecember 2015
Worth a DetourOne of the best easy access lounges. However, it can get very busy. Good selection of snacks. You need to pay for the meals & they are expensive for tiny portions & poor quality.
EmmaDecember 2014
OutstandingVery nice lounge, especially for a Priority Pass entry one. The comparison to a W hotel is pretty accurate - more new age here, with nice little rooms.
PeterDecember 2014
Worth a DetourNot very large and it was crowded. There are some sandwiches for free and some options to buy. Comfortable sofas, if you can find space. Very good service and spa for a fee. Soup and salad bar good!
PauloNovember 2014
OutstandingProbably the best lounge I've been to for young kids. Food always been good, and plenty of space with different rooms for different purposes (eg snug, cinema room, kids room, etc). Lounges done right.
AndrewOctober 2014
OutstandingIt was worth it to unwind in this lounge for a 7-hour layover. The cinema is a great feature to kick back a few movies and pops.
BrandonOctober 2014
OutstandingHas all the facilities and more. Excellent food.
LaurenceSeptember 2014
OutstandingA good lounge. Freshly prepared food as well as buffet. Many different areas and good views. Can get busy.
AlanAugust 2014
OutstandingExcellent. Modern with a little bit of quirkiness thrown in. Food lovely and freshly prepared. Furniture quality.
DavidAugust 2014
OutstandingOne of the nicest lounges I have seen. Possibility to order (free) food from the menu is also very nice bonus.
LasseAugust 2014
Worth a DetourWhile quite busy it's spread out enough to have a bit of room. Nice view of the runway as well.
RyanJune 2014
Worth a DetourThis is a very nice lounge with a stocked bar, and good snacks. The library area looked nice, but was reserved. The games room is pretty unique.
BrentFebruary 2014
OutstandingThis is an excellent lounge that offer great food, spa services (i.e. manicures, pedicures, etc). The service is also terrific. I thoroughly recommend this lounge!
LeaOctober 2013
Worth a DetourThis is a pretty fantastic lounge despite the optional extra charge features. This is easily the best easy access lounge in LHR.
NeilOctober 2013
Worth a DetourTop-notch design, good food and drinks. Feels like a high-end W Hotel in an airport. Game room, kids rooms, private sleeping rooms, and cinema make this a fantastic independent lounge.
