Enjoy personalized service, comfort and exceptional amenities. Treat an Admirals Club lounge as an oasis of peace - away from all of the airport hustle.
This lounge is far too small, and offers far too few amenities. This lounge has always been overcrowded when I've been here.
Though some people love this lounge, I'm not a fan at all. Just like the other club at D30, this lounge feels cramped.
Better than the average AA club. Good selection of food, menus.
Nice lounge in good location. Food is ok. Sometimes they give drink tickets, sometimes not! It's a busy lounge and is sometimes full or noisy.
Even without the renovations, it's another weak Admirals Club. Barely any food choices and the overspill lounge is probably the most welcoming space.
Dated but enjoyed the bar. Friendly staff.
Cappuccino machines at the far end and pastries in the morning. Lack of outlets next to seats makes it very inconvenient.
Admirals needs to add more free food and drink options to make the membership and lounges worthwhile. Good showers.
No real food. Not much facilities.
Best Admirals Club I've been to in the US. Showers are awesome here.
The section that they open up when it gets too crowded has its own bar and food. They're very generous with house wines, and have fairly good food: cheese, crackers, chewy cookies.
It's a nice lounge. In construction right now and some areas could be unavailable, but it's quite big anyways.
A solid choice for a US Lounge: great customer service agents, nice kids room, clean shower facilities, swanty bar, and cool views overlooking the terminal.
While I do like the modern look of this lounge, the complimentary offerings are pathetic. The complimentary whiskey is Aristocrat. American should focus more on basic offerings than renovations.
So crowded, dirty dishes and glasses all over. Crappy crackers and rubbery cheese for snacks. Have to pay for any alcoholic beverages. Might as well sit at the gate unless you need the showers.
When I was at this lounge, it was quite crowded. Also, the newly expanded area didn't have any power outlets.
The only real upside of this lounge are the shower rooms. Everything else is below acceptable standards
I would suggest going to another lounge. Absolutely awful experience: scarce snacks (i.e. vegetables and old, stale cookies), and decor from the 1980s.
Great lounge. They have a great selection of top shelf alcohol, comfortable seats, ample showers, and light cuisine. If they had entree food options it would be a 4 star. Great lounge.
Just finished their upgrade and it looks pretty awesome. Spacious and modern with multiple smaller sections. Standard AA food and drink, soup, hummus, cheese, cookies and house drinks.
Not as fancy as de Gaulle in Paris but a fine spot to regroup.
Unfortunately, the service was worse than an inner-city McDonald's. The bartender was rude and inattentive to everyone.
This is a very small lounge with very few showers and not a lot of space to sit. There is an overflow area but it is less classy. If possible, I'd recommend heading to D30.
After security, on the 3rd Floor above Gate D15.
